The service

Simple4u scans publicly available website data and, when you connect your accounts, your analytics — and produces reports and marketing briefs. The free scan reads only what any visitor or search engine can already see.

Fair use

Scan limits exist to keep the service available to everyone. Don't scan sites to harass their owners, don't automate against our endpoints, don't try to access data that isn't yours.

Your accounts

When you connect an analytics or ad account you confirm you're authorized to grant that access. Access is read-only and revocable by you at any time.

Buying a plan

You can buy the AI front desk, the marketing retainer or the AI Office online. Stripe processes the payment; we never see or store your card number. Prices are in US dollars and do not include any sales tax that may apply.

• What a plan includes is what simple4u.io/how-we-work says about it on the day you buy. Work outside the plan, such as app work or new features, is quoted by the hour before we start.
• Setup fee. Charged when you buy. Fully refundable until the kickoff call; if you have not booked the call within 14 days of purchase, the refund window closes on day 14. Work starts at kickoff, so after the call it is not refundable.
• Monthly fee. Billed in advance, once a month. For the marketing retainer, the first month is charged when you buy. For the AI front desk and the AI Office, the monthly fee starts when the service goes live: Stripe saves your card at checkout; we email you the start date, then charge that card each month. On the retainer, the front desk’s monthly fee is included.
• Cancel any time by email to office@simple4u.io. The plan runs to the end of the month you have paid for; we do not refund part of a month. If you cancel before a monthly fee has started, nothing more is charged.
• When a plan ends, the front desk and the office stop running at the end of the paid month. Your content and data are yours: on request we send you a copy or delete them.
• AI answers can be wrong. The front desk answers from the facts you give us and says it is an AI; we fix a wrong answer as soon as we find it or you report it.
• Founding price. The AI Office setup is $4,500 instead of $12,000 for purchases made through December 31, 2026.
• Price changes. We email you at least 30 days before a monthly price changes.
• Liability. For a plan bought online, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for that plan, including its setup fee, in the 12 months before the claim, except where the law does not allow a limit.

No warranty

Reports and briefs are generated from the data available at scan time and are provided "as is" — they are analysis, not a guarantee of business results. Verify important findings in your own consoles (we show you where).
